WHO WE ARE

Kerry James is the founder of Diamond Associates. After 20 years in the Service Industry, Sales and Management, having established her own businesses and reaching the pinnacle of an outstanding career in the highly dynamic field of corporate software sales, Kerry's own personal journey and hunger to develop both personally and professionally have led her to expand into the field of coaching and training for human excellence.

Having accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge within her career, Kerry is also a certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP, and Time Line Therapy ^TM and a Practitioner of Hypnosis. She trained with Chuck Spezzano (well-known author and creator of Psychology of Vision), Arielle Essex and world leading trainers, Dr Tad James and Dr David Shephard.

Kerry is motivated by her ability to inspire both individuals and teams to discover and develop their own unique gifts and talents. Her interest and own personal experience within this field fuelled her desire to establish Diamond Associates to facilitate others, whether for their business or personal lives, to embark on an incredible journey of discovery, empowering them too with the tools to realise and maximise their potential.
